Replacing a PS Vita Battery

My handheld "Emulation Station" or PS Vita is due for a battery replacement. The battery doesn't last very long and doesn't charge past 83%. This is probably due to the device having the same battery it released in (From 2011). So, time for a replacement!

I bought a replacement battery from AliExpress here and when it arrived I followed iFixit's guide here to replace the battery.

I've tested the Vita and everything looks to be working great! I have also added a 32GB micro SD card (With the SD2Vita adaptor) to expand the possibility of games I can store locally on the device.

Well that's all! I might mod the PS Vita further in the future, but I have no plans just yet.

Cheers, R
