Xbox 360 RGH: Preparation

Follow this guide for the steps I'll be taking. Why would you wanna JTAG and old Xbox 360. Well, simply put. Emulation. Now any old laptop can run every game up to the PS2. But using RetroArch is too easy (Although a very good option). I want a challenge.I've bought and configured JTAG Xbox's before, and it's been pretty fun. But I wanna do it from scratch this time. Properly. Twice now, I've tried and written off two Xbox 360s trying to do an RGH hack. I've since practised my soldering skills, and I'm confident I can actually do it this time.

The biggest reason for my previous failures (I think) is the fact that I mess around with the NAND before doing the actual wiring. So this time I'll be wiring the 4x points first, then dumping the NAND etc.I've already disassembled the Xbox 360 (Jasper motherboard) and got all the supplies except for a 22K Ohm resistor and a 1N4148 Diode. I'll head to the electronics store tomorrow after work and go ahead with the hack. I'll be sure to create another post once this is done.

Cheers, R
